1. Furry Friends Tours (“FFT”) will only accept stuffed animals, dolls, or action figures for its tours (hereinafter referred to as “Tourists”).
2. FFT agrees to take Tourists on a tour of New York City, and to capture each visit with digital pictures. A CD containing the pictures will accompany the Tourist back home.
3. The Tourists must come in a sturdy box or container that can be reused for return trip home. More than one Tourist can come in the same box.
4. Customers pay shipping one way to New York.
5. Estimated duration of holiday tour is 2 to 4 weeks. FFT will try to make the time away from home as short as possible, but cannot guarantee a return date. Please contact info@furryfriendstours.com for further information.
6. Tourists weighing over 3 lbs need prior approval of FFT (primarily to discuss return shipping charges).
7. Tourists originating from non-U.S. countries must pay additional shipping charges for return trip home.
8. Tourists will be returned to their home address via insured U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Insured value will be replacement value for new and similar furry friend. Unfortunately, no monetary value can be attached to sentimental value.
9. Special tourist destination sites can be requested; FFT will do its best to accommodate these requests.
10. Additional tourist destination sites can be added to pre-packaged tours only in consultation with FFT.
11. FFT has the right to refuse any Tourist a tour. In this case, the Tourist will be returned home, and a refund given in the full amount less administrative costs of 10% of tour amount.
12. FFT has the right to publish photographs of Tourist for any of its own purposes.
13. Customers cannot use photographs provided by FFT for commercial purposes without the express written consent of FFT.
14. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
15. Customers may not create a link to this website from another website or document without FFT's prior email consent. We just want to keep track of these things.
16. FFT takes extremely seriously its responsibility and will provide the utmost care in ensuring the Tourist’s physical safety and emotional well-being during its stay in New York. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FFT cannot be responsible for loss or damage to Tourist.
17. The FFT Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation on your own site.
18. FFT may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. Customer shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.
19. This site and all materials contained on it are distributed and transmitted on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
20. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, furry friends tours and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for damages of any kind including, without limitation, compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or similar damages, that may result from participation, or nonparticipation, in a tour. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall FFT's liability to you for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to FFT for services rendered.
