1. Will you take care of my furry friend?

Of course. We totally understand that your furry friend is very precious to you and we will do everything in our power to make sure that your furry friend is safe. Every furry tourist is accompanied by at least two people to minimize the likelihood of mishaps or accidents. We will do our very best to make sure that your furry friend has a great time in New York and comes back home to you full of exciting memories and experiences.

2. Do you offer discounts for multiple guests?

Yes we do. If you send more than one furry friend in the same box, then we will charge half price for each additional furry tourist.

3. How long will my furry friend be away?

We expect that each New York holiday vacation will take between 2 and 4 weeks before being shipped home to you.

4. Can you post the pictures online so I can download them and/or make a photo album?

Yes, we can post these photos to Snapfish so you can access the photos before your friend even returns home. If you prefer another photo website, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

5. Will my furry friend get any souvenirs?

Your furry friend will send you a postcard from New York City and will also take home a "I Love New York" T-shirt. In addition, your furry friend will take home a "surprise" souvenir. Additional souvenirs can be requested by contacting Furry Friends Tours or using the order form on the site.

6. Can I extend the pre-packaged tours and include a different site for a photograph?

We would be happy to accommodate additional sites where possible. If it's a site that is on our tour path then in most cases we can include it for a small additional fee. If its further afield, please contact us and we will try to fit it in our schedule.

7. Who can participate in your tours?

Only furry friends, dolls, or action figures can join our tours. We cannot accept any live animals or people. Any furry friends that are taller than 3 feet or weigh more than 3 lbs should contact us before payment or registration so that we can discuss logistics.

8. Will you actually go to these places with my furry friend, or just superimpose digital pictures?

We will actually take your furry friend on an exciting tour of New York. The photographs will be real photos of your friend and not computer generated simulations.

9. What digital picture quality can I expect?

We will use a Canon T2i digital SLR camera with 13 MP resolution.

10. Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

11. Is it safe to use my credit card online at Furry Friends Tours?

At Furry Friends Tours, your personal online security is important to us. We do not capture any credit information locally; all orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PayPal. PayPal is one of the most secure online credit card merchants in the world, and your private information is safe with them.

12. How much in duties or taxes will I have to pay?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes duties, as applicable. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

No tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Furry Friends Tours is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as use tax.

Outside the United States, all relevant import taxes and duties, as applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

13. Is my package insured?

Furry Friends Tours insures each purchase during the time it is in transit from New York until it is delivered to you. The insured value shall be replacement value for a new similar furry friend and cannot, unfortunately, include any monetary attribution for sentimental value. Furry Friends Tours utilizes either U.S. Postal Service or UPS for its shipping.

14. What payment methods does Furry Friends Tours accept?

Furry Friends Tours utilizes PayPal as our payment service. Thus, we accept any major credit card, bank debit cards, and PayPal accounts for payment. For more information, please see PayPal's website at www.paypal.com.

15. Do you have tours in any other cities besides New York?

Not yet, but we have plans to expand to other cities such as Washington, Boston, Seattle, and San Francisco. Rome, London, and Tokyo are also on the agenda. Paris and Chicago should be up and running shortly.
